GDPR Compliance

StoreBoost is committed to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the UK GDPR. This page summarises how we meet those obligations and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Lawful processing

We identify the lawful basis for every processing activity in our Privacy Policy. Most processing is necessary to perform the contract; some is based on legitimate interest balanced against your rights.

2. Your rights

  • Right of access, rectification, erasure ('right to be forgotten') and restriction.
  • Right to data portability in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

3. How to exercise your rights

Most actions are self-service in Settings → Privacy. For everything else, email privacy@storeboostpro.com. We respond within 30 days.

4. Data Protection Officer

StoreBoost has appointed a Data Protection Officer reachable at dpo@storeboostpro.com.
