- Ship the fix, not just the report. A 300-page PDF doesn't load images faster. We ship copy-paste Liquid and theme settings.
- Respect the merchant's time. Audits take 30 seconds, not 3 weeks.
- Privacy by default. Read-only Shopify scopes, EU-hosted analytics, no dark patterns.
