Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') applies to every customer, user and visitor of StoreBoost. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

1. Prohibited conduct

  • Audit, scan or probe stores you do not own or do not have written authorization to test.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, audit quotas, or access controls.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or ML models.
  • Resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without a signed reseller agreement.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or benchmark dataset.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or any content that infringes IP or privacy rights.
  • Engage in spam, phishing, harassment or any activity that violates law.

2. Fair use of audits

Even on unlimited plans, "unlimited" is subject to fair-use limits to protect the platform: typically up to 200 full-store audits per store per day. We will contact you before applying any restriction.

3. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse, security issues or DMCA infringement to abuse@storeboostpro.com. Security researchers should also see our Security page for our responsible disclosure program.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, throttling, suspension, termination, refund forfeiture and/or referral to law enforcement, depending on severity.
